- Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- The data collected is used in the running & organisation of common underground. The data collected is used to build the community space both in person and online. The collection of legitimate interest data is combined with direct consent data. The benefit is allowing Common Underground to organise events, keep interested parties up to date and allows us to grow the network. Data is not shared with anyone outside of Common Underground, and is only shared with necessary parties within Common Underground. Access to any data is by authorised accounts only.
